Shipping Charges within the Contiguous United States
Free shipping for orders over $25.00.
Orders under $25.00 will include actual UPS shipping charges.
Buyer must inform the UPS driver that
they are signing for damaged goods and document the damages
Call your customer service representative to report the damages within 48 hours.
Your customer service representative will issue a replacement or credit.
If the above procedure is not followed, buyer is responsible for the damaged goods.
Call your customer service representative for a return authorization (RA).
A copy of the RA must accompany your returned products.
Product must be in original packaging.
Product must be re-salable (no price stickers, wear, marks, etc)
Returns will not be accepted more than 30 days after RA issued.
Credit is issued after receipt of goods at our warehouse.
If return is due to buyer no longer wanting or needing the goods, note the return shipping charges will be
at the buyer’s expense.
